My room was very spacious and clean, with a big and quite comfortable bed. There was a jacuzzi or smth like that, a huge bath😂 Prices for minibar were perfectly fine 😂 Nice and friendly people, always smiling, including cleaning ladies whenever you meet them. Options for breakfast are faire, the staff refreshes and cleans non-stop. The location is really great, everything needed is in a walking distance: shopping, eating out, the national museum, or Tesla museum, etc.

Very suitable location and nice perspective from superior floors. I was beneficiary of a room upgrade (Slobodan facilitated/offered this; he was very helpful, friendly, with wide smile and professional attitude) and the apartment from 7th floor was enough large, with big windows and double side view. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, water heater, iron table (but not the ironing machine in this room). Clean bath with profi toiletries and nice large marble on the walls and the floor. Good breakfast, finding enough tasty veggie dishes or without meat.

The hotel's location is perfect, with all major attractions easily accessible. You can reach tourist spots like the Kalemegdan Fortress, the Nikola Tesla Museum, and the Temple of Saint Sava by foot. Additionally, the renowned Knez Mihailova Street, filled with restaurants and shopping centers, is very close to the hotel. Transportation is easily accessible as well. If you need a taxi, you can ask at the reception. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful, particularly Marko, who is an exceptionally kind receptionist. The breakfast was delicious.

The room was very spacious, and the bed very comfortable, the room was well equipped with complimentary water and coffee, hairdryer, bathrobes, cosmetics, mini fridge and tv, The aircon works very well. The breakfast was quite good, with variety of food including serbian specialities, I would only say that the coffeemaker could have worked a bit faster. At the checkout we left our luggage in the safe place tagged by the receptionist, so we could enjoy the rest of the day. The receptionist Marina Marku was very nice and professional, I would recommend everyone this hotel.

It was amazing when i come to Belgrade a am Always staying in this super Hotel,,the stuff ist wonderful,Marina the Lady in the reception also was so friendly and helpful,so professional,big Kompliment, she welcome every guest withba big Smile,when i also have some questions was also Marko there to Help me Out He was Always friendly and when i came late i feel so good that someone Like Marko ist there and watches Out for everything and everyone to get Safe to the bed ,even If ist very late very big Kompliment,thanks

Lovely four star hotel located in a strategic location from where it is possible to easily move around; very safe neighbourhood. The room and the bathroom were very welcoming and always clean. The interior design of the hotel is overall contemporary and up to date. Excellent internet wifi connection everywhere in the building, even in the basement where you would have breakfast. The breakfast offer was definitely aligned with the standards of a four star hotel in continental Europe. Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Overall a good value for a very reasonable expense.

Nice, clean room with comfortable beds clean bathrooms and a strong shower water flow!. Location is great, 10 mins walk to the old town with lots of shops, supermarkets, bakeries and transport (tram) around. The breakfast was fantastic with an excellent and varied cuisine on both days. Wifi was great. Hotel located close to the A1 airport shuttle bus stop. The receptionist Marina was helpful.

Breakfast was very good. There were various local pastes and sun dried tomatoes in olive oil was a plus. The hotel is walking distance to Old Belgrade and in the absence of public transportation (funnily there were no places to buy tickets for buses or trams in the city. You were obliged to free travel if you dare should you not walk) this is a plus.

From the first moment employees were very kind and clear. Location of the hotel was good, not far away from cultural places and there were a lot of restaurant/cafes nearby. Very large markets were nearby such as İdea and Maxi. And i want to visit cafes upside of Cvetni Trg.
